#1. FOLLOW THE RULES
student, parent or legal guardian understands and agrees to comply with all instructions and regulations of the Audax Martial Arts club. Audax Martial Arts reserves the right to cancel this membership

#2. TEENAGER
As teenagers are part of the same group as adults, for reasons of maturity or physical size, we reserve the right to require a teenager to register for the children's course. If a teenager fails to meet our discipline requirements during the session, we reserve the right to require them to join the children's group for an indefinite period. #3. MODIFICATION OF THE SCHEDULE
Audax Martial Arts reserves the right to modify the days and opening hours of the classes, if necessary.

#4. MEDICAL CONDITION, ALLERGY AND BEING PHYSICALLY FIT FOR TRAINING
it is always recommended to consult a doctor before starting a new physical activity. The student, parent or legal guardian declares that he or she is physically able to follow and participate in the classes provided. You are fully aware and acknowledge that the practice of martial arts requires physical effort and may involve contact therefore exposing you to the risk of physical injury during the practice. It is also your duty to inform us of any particular medical conditions and allergies. The student, parent or legal guardian waives any claim for any bodily injury in the context of teaching at the Audax Martial Arts school and assumes all risks of injury caused by the practice of martial arts.

#5. ATTENTION DISORDER, HYPER ACTIVITY, AUTISM SPECTRUM, etc.
If you or your child had a particular psychological condition, it is essential to let us know. This is for you or to bring him the necessary attention and to ensure your ability or that of your child to participate in our lessons and maintain the cohesion of the group. In the event that we judge that we are not able to provide you with the service purchased, we will immediately terminate your membership and you will be reimbursed for the balance of the unused period.

#6. ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED
Your Membership fees do not include Protective Gear, KickBoxing Rank Belts and T-Shirts, KickBoxing Belt and Rank exam fees as well as graduation, certain special events held at the school or outside such as tournaments, seminars, etc.

#7. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Wearing the protective equipment required by Audax Martial Arts significantly reduces the risk of injury. Audax Martial Arts does not guarantee the effectiveness of said protective equipment and the student acknowledges the risk of bodily injury, even with the use of protective equipment.

#8. MEDIA CONSENT
I could, or my child could be filmed or photographed during my/his participation in classes or other activities taking place at Audax Arts Martiaux. I agree that the films or photos may be used for promotional purposes.

#9. ABSENCES AND INTERRUPTIONS OF YOUR PARTICIPATION
A student who is absent and who does not regularly attend his classes is in no way relieved of his obligations to pay his membership fees and will not be able to benefit from any discount or refund.

#10. COVID-19
In the event of a closure of the training and sports halls imposed by the government. Your session will be paused. A new contract including a gratuity will be offered to you. #11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
You have the right to cancel this commitment and get a full refund within 10 days of your purchase. If I purchase a monthly membership I undertake to keep it for an initial period of 3 months. Thereafter I can cancel my membership by giving notice before my last payment. Ex.: If my payment is made on the 10th day of each month and I give my notice before, say the 5th day, a last payment will be taken on the 10th day of the current month and I will still have access to the course until the 10th day of the following month. On the other hand, if I give my notice after the 10th day, say the 12th, a final payment will be processed on the 10th day of the following month.
